What To Expect

A referral can be submitted for ABA services through the ASC Therapies website, phone contact, fax or email. Once a referral is received, we will contact you to discuss our services and the intake process. You will need to have a copy of your insurance card, all completed patient forms and a referral from a physician and a current psychological evaluation. Clients will receive a comprehensive assessment of their skills. The assessment consists of:

1. Interview and rapport building

2. Standardized and informal assessments

3. Questionnaires and observations

4. Discussion of assessment/observation

After the assessment is completed, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst will create a treatment plan and measurable therapy goals. The clinician will plan a treatment plan meeting to discuss the recommendations with the team, including the parent/guardian, following the assessment
